## Program Description
DJ Voltron Quiz Night is an interactive live trivia game hosted at participating bar and restaurant venues. Players text answers to trivia questions displayed on venue screens. The system may send game-related SMS replies, including answer confirmations, score updates, current question prompts, and winner or game notifications for the live event.
Players may also reply JOIN or VIP to begin VIP email signup. The signup flow asks for the player’s name and email address by text. Event updates and offers for the VIP list are sent by email through DJ Voltron’s email service provider, not as recurring promotional SMS marketing.
## SMS Consent
You consent to receive DJ Voltron Quiz Night text messages when you text an answer or keyword to the phone number displayed on venue screens or otherwise provided for the live quiz. By texting an answer, you consent to receive user-triggered game replies for that live event.
If you reply JOIN or VIP, you consent to receive text messages needed to complete VIP email signup, including requests for your name and email address and confirmation of signup status.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
## Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the quiz and live event activity. Messages are generally user-triggered and may include multiple messages during an event if you text answers, request help, request the current question, or complete VIP email signup.
## Message And Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and fees may apply to messages sent or received as part of DJ Voltron Quiz Night.
## Help Instructions
For help, reply **HELP** to a DJ Voltron Quiz Night text message. You may also contact us through our contact form at [contact form URL].
## Opt-Out Instructions

Unless specifically stated at an event, participation does not guarantee a prize. Any prizes are subject to availability, venue rules, and applicable laws.
## Availability
We try to keep DJ Voltron Quiz Night and related services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SMS delivery may be affected by carrier networks, device settings, internet availability, service providers, or other factors outside our control.
